Baked Chicken
INGREDIENTES
- 1 whole chicken
- Ferymar seasoning for chicken, turkey, and pork
- Potatoes
- Vegetables
Preparación
Soak the chicken in a 10% brine for at least 2 hours. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes. Place a layer of vegetables in a baking dish. Pat the chicken dry and rub it with Ferymar seasoning. Place the chicken on top of the vegetables and surround it with potatoes. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes, then increase the temperature to its highest setting and bake for a further 15 minutes. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving with the potatoes and roasted vegetables.
