Wings

INGREDIENTES

- 200g chicken wings
- 6g salt
- 5g pepper
- 3 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp Ferymar Grilling Chili Sauce
- Scallions to taste

Preparación

Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix the honey, vinegar, and Ferymar Grilling Chili Sauce. Marinate the wings in this mixture for at least 30 minutes. Then, cook the wings on a grill or in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown and cooked through, about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve and garnish with scallions to taste.
