Mero salsa
Huancaína
INGREDIENTES
- 180 g of white fish (fresh)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Flour to taste
- ½ cup of whole milk
- 7 g of flour
- 40 g of Ferymar Huancaína Sauce
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- 1 tbsp. from Ají Parrillero Ferymar
- 2 tsp. white vinegar
- 6 tsp. sunflower oil
- Chinese onion to taste
- 5 g butter (unsalted)
Preparación
Wash and dry the white fish, seasoning it with salt and pepper. Dredge it in flour and fry it in oil over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked. Remove it and reserve it. For the sauce, melt butter in a pot, add flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add milk little by little, whisking until you obtain a smooth sauce. Add the Huancaína Ferymar Sauce and Parmesan cheese to taste, adjust the salt and let it thicken. Garnish with grilled chili on the fish.
