Strogonoff
INGREDIENTES
- 500 g beef tenderloin (in strips)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- Black pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp mustard
- 10 tbsp red wine
- 8 mushrooms (in slices)
- 1 unit white onion (in pen)
- 24 tbsp milk cream
- 1 tbsp Ferymar Garlic and Onion Sauté
- Chopped fresh parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
Preparación
In a hot pan, add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil and 3 tbsp of butter until melted. Add 500 g of striped loin, brown well and add black pepper to taste. Then, add 3 tablespoons of mustard, mix and pour 10 tablespoons of red wine, letting it reduce for a few minutes. Add 8 sliced mushrooms and 1 sliced onion, stirring until well combined. Add 1 tbsp of Ferymar Garlic and Onion Sauté and 24 tbsp of heavy cream, cook until the sauce thickens. Finally, adjust the seasoning with salt to taste and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving. Ideal to accompany with white rice or creamed potatoes. Enjoy it!
