Lomo Saltado

INGREDIENTES

- 500 g of loin
- 1 red onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 yellow chili
- 250 g of Ferymar Loin Base Sauce
- Vegetable oil
- Fresh parsley

Preparación

Heat a wok over high heat and sear the meat (loin) in small portions until golden brown on all sides. Remove the meat and, in the same pan, sauté the vegetables (onion, tomato, chili) for a few minutes. Then, add 250 g of Ferymar Loin Base Sauce and mix well. Add the sealed meat again, cook for a couple more minutes so that the flavors integrate. Remove from heat and serve, decorating with fresh cilantro to taste.
