Pork with
capers bathed
in house chili sauce

INGREDIENTES

- Vegetable oil
- 30g white onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- 250g pork loin
- 60g coarse salt
- 2 tbsp Ferymar house chili sauce
- 20g mini capers
- Scallions to taste

Preparación

Season the pork loin with coarse salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat, brown the pork on all sides, and remove it. In the same skillet, sauté the chopped white onion until translucent. Add the capers and Ferymar House Chili Sauce, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Return the pork to the skillet, coating it well with the mixture. Cook over low heat, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Let the pork rest, slice it, and serve with the onion, caper, and chili sauce mixture, garnished with scallions.
